Job Description for Project Engineer:

Top Tier Talent Partners is looking for a skilled Project Engineer I to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in designing, analyzing, and managing communication structures for wireless telecommunication sites. This role focuses on Structural Engineering Modeling and Analysis responsibilities, using RISA 3D software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Analysis: Develop and analyze communication structures, including sector frames, T frames, platform and custom angle mounts, SST GT Monopole towers, foundations, and tripod-ballast rooftop mounts.
• Structural Engineering: Perform structural engineering modeling and analysis using RISA 3D.
• Communication: Work closely with senior engineers to address site issues through photo investigation and propose solutions.
• Reporting: Prepare formal written reports summarizing results and recommending actions based on structural engineering principles.
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the Structural and Designing/Drafting groups to prepare, draft, and review structural analysis models, reports, and drawings.

Skills and Abilities:

• Proficient with structural analysis modeling software like RISA 3D and TNX Tower.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word). Excel VBA knowledge is a plus.
• In-depth understanding of Civil and Structural Engineering concepts, such as SFD, BMD, Strength of Materials, Local Axes vs. Global Axes, Steel + RCC Design, and Foundation Design.
• Ability to effectively communicate and work with internal engineering and project management teams as well as clients.
• Knowledge of American codes TIA and ASCE is essential.
• Strong multitasking abilities to manage several projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Education and Experience:

• B.E./B.Tech. in Civil Engineering (Mechanical with relevant structural experience may also be considered).
• M.E./M.Tech. in Structural Engineering or a comparable degree program.
• Experience: 3-6 years of telecom structural experience preferred, or 4-8 years of applicable engineering experience.

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to remain stationary for 90% of the time.
• Ability to move about the office to access office machinery, attend meetings, etc.
• Must be able to operate a computer and all required programs.
• Occasional moving of office supplies up to 4 kgs.
