Education: BCA/BCS/ BE/ MCA/MCS/ ME, MBA preferred
Experience: Min. 3 – 6 Years or Higher

Mandatory Skills:
Experience of sales in enterprise products & solutions (Hardware, Servers, Storage,
Virtualization, Backup applications, Firewall, End points, DLP, Networking.
Solutions, Security solutions & AMC/ FMS Services).
Ability to handle business closer & targets pressure.
Ready to travel inter zone & nationally for business.
Should have worked on target base/ ability to achieve the sales goals.
IT Technology Solutions/ Telecom Solutions.
Experience of handling Enterprise and MSME clients.
Good knowledge of Pune & ROM market.
Effective communication skill & presentation Skill.
Should be able to present the technical solutions.
Should able to co-ordinate with OEM’s & internal team.
Should be Self-Motivated, responsible.
Need a long term vision.
Reporting in the desired manner (Excel sheet, Word, PowerPoint, and STPL
Attendance Portal) on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
Key Responsibilities for Enterprise Account Manager:
Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and
generating the leads & following-ups.
Understanding client’s requirements & Generate leads and get customers on board
Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per
email.
Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
Maintain the database of current and potential customers.
Providing product and service knowledge to the clients.
Staying informed about competing products and services.
Upselling products and services.
Researching and qualifying new leads.
Closing sales and achieving sales targets.
Negotiating and closing business deals
Responsible for generating revenue via new business acquisition, up sales, and cross-
sales
Achieve assigned targets on weekly, monthly, and quarterly bases.
New account acquisition
Enhancement of product knowledge via training and development programs
arranged by OEMs and STPL
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and other external &
internal stakeholders.
Consistency in regular selling practices: customer meetings, social media campaigns,
email campaigns, telecalls, etc.
Team player: active participation in forums
Capable of producing real-time market and competitor knowledge for the
management.
